According to housing and construction department of yunnan province, at present, has not yet found new urban black smelly water in yunnan province, according to the working schedule, zhaotong city will be completed by the end of the black smelly water governance objectives, yuxi, baoshan city, lincang city will complete 2020 black smelly water governance objectives.
